Let’s Get Started with a Move to Grand Junction with Paul Aspelin in Grand Junction, CO

When considering relocating to the picturesque Grand Valley in Colorado, its important to make the most of your time when you are in town. Meanwhile back home, you are preparing for your move to Grand Junction. Fortunately, when you choose to work with a dedicated and experienced REALTOR® like me, you’re not just getting a guide through the real estate journey – you’re getting a partner with decades of expertise. I’ve been licensed since 2001. Read my post about the Best Grand Junction Real Estate Agents.

I made the Move to Grand Junction

Excitedly, I made our first moving trip to Grand Junction in August 2023 with my wife, Michelle. Our big move trip was in September. Ask me about this two-step move process and why I liked it so much. I have first-hand experience on what it’s like to do all the research and finally make the determination to move to Grand Junction. Let me help you do the same, no matter where you are in the process of considering a move to Colorado. I hope you pick the Grand Valley like we did! You can read my post about what I learned in the first three months of living here. We had some funny observations for sure!

Personalized Consultation

To kickstart your relocation journey, we’ll begin with a complimentary get-to-know-you consultation. Whether over the phone, Zoom call or in person, this consultation is a chance for you to share your housing desires and needs, as well as any concerns or questions you may have about the process. This initial conversation will allow me to tailor my services to your unique situation.

Grand Junction Tour

Should you decide to get started with a move to Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade or anywhere in Mesa County that includes a visit in person to explore the area, let me know. I want to ensure you have the best experience possible and I’d be happy to share recommendations with you of where to stay and what to do while you are here. And if you want me to schedule a few showings in different areas of the Grand Valley, we can do a home showing tour too!

What Can I Do For You?

My primary goal for you is to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Here are some of the key responsibilities and services that I will provide as your REALTOR®. To get started with your move to Grand Junction, start with a simple phone call or text message to me at 612-306-9558.

  1. Area Expertise: I provide valuable information about neighborhoods, schools, local amenities, and the overall community to help clients make informed decisions.
  2. Home Search: I will assist you in finding suitable housing that meets your needs, preferences, and budget. Accordingly, this may involve conducting extensive property searches, remote video showings, arranging property viewings, and helping with negotiations.
  3. Orientation Tours: I am happy to offer orientation tours of the Grand Valley. Undoubtedly, that includes Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade and other surrounding communities in Mesa County. I help clients become familiar with the surroundings, local services, and amenities. This can be particularly helpful for my clients who are unfamiliar with the area. I will take the time to make sure you understand the biggest, small town you’ve ever visited! And the views… oh my!
  4. School Information: For clients with children, I can provide information about schools in the area, including traditional and charter public school options.
  5. Local Resources: I can connect you with various local resources, such as insurance, legal services, financial institutions, and other essential services to make the transition as smooth as possible.
  6. Customized Relocation Plans: Not all relocations are the same! I will create personalized relocation plans tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. These plans outline the steps to be taken throughout the process.
  7. Temporary Housing: If necessary, I can provide resources and guidance for temporary housing solutions while we search for the perfect property for you in Grand Junction or Mesa County.
  8. Negotiation and Contracts: With hundreds of transactions successfully closed over the last two plus decades, I am a skilled negotiator who can secure favorable terms for you in your real estate transaction. Likewise, I also take the time to make sure every client of mine understands the complexities of contracts and agreements they will be signing.
  9. Follow-up Support: My assistance doesn’t end once you have moved. I am available to provide ongoing support to ensure your adjustment to the new area is successful. We can schedule a meet-up at a local coffee shop or walk the Riverfront Trail.
  10. Tax and Financial Considerations: I’ve got connections ready to provide some insight on tax implications and financial considerations associated with your relocation, which can vary significantly from one location to another. Also, we moved our home-based business here too so I have insight on that process too!
  11. Network and Contacts: I have extensive networks and contacts in the local area, which are invaluable for my clients. This network includes professionals like mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and contractors.
  12. I will commit to YOU! To get the most out of any professional relationship there needs to be a mutual commitment to each other. I am willing to fully commit my time, knowledge, and expertise to you, and in return I ask that you commit to me.
