Hi, I’m Paul Aspelin. A dedicated Grand Junction real estate agent passionate about helping buyers and sellers throughout Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, and Mesa County. Growing up in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, I married my high school sweetheart, Michelle. We raised our family in Victoria, MN. I earned my real estate license in 2001, initially working for a large traditional brokerage.

In 2005, Michelle and I launched our own independent real estate brokerage in Minnesota. We helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes successfully. Real estate has been my lifelong career, and I thrive on every challenge it brings.

In 2017, our daughter’s visit to Colorado Mesa University (CMU) introduced us to the Grand Valley. We immediately fell in love with the outdoors, lifestyle, and opportunities. Relocating to Grand Junction, Colorado was an easy choice, and we couldn’t be happier calling this area home.
